The EMEIA CRM Strategy outlines the focal points and methodologies for delivering a great customer experience and increased loyalty across the market regions through marketing, sales and service. A key enabler of this strategy is the rollout of the EMEIA CRM Core (the "CRM Core"), a Microsoft Dynamics based CRM tailored solution delivering harmonised settings and processes.

To meet the growing demand for the CRM Core and help scale up the successful delivery of the CRM Programme, the EMEIA division is looking to appoint a CRM Implementation Manager to join our implementation team and actively drive the rollout of the CRM Core and overall adoption of CRM across all markets.

This role will be part of the E-Business EMEIA team and report to CRM Programme Director EMEIA. The role will involve working closely with EMEIA Business Process Owners (BPO) and IT (the "EMEIA CRM Team") and with regional and/or local CRM leads responsible for the successful CRM implementation in respective markets.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Actively support the delivery of the EMEIA CRM Programme to the expected business expectations and objectives while collaborating closely with the EMEIA CRM Team, BPO and regional CRM leads.
  • Drive and coordinate the rollout of CRM Core across the markets in line with EMEIA Masterplan and governance while guiding the regional/local CRM project manager(s) to a timely delivery and a successful adoption of CRM.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the CRM Core and guide regional CRM leads and local super users through related change processes to ensure best CRM adoption.
  • Capture business process and adoption feedback and requirements from market regions and key stakeholders to enhance user and customer experience and feed CRM Core roadmap.
  • Monitor and report rollout progress, manage risks and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
  • Support Commercial Development initiatives through CRM implementation as required.
  • Actively contribute to the EMEIA CRM Forum and be an advocate for a healthy CRM culture. Education, Work Experience and Personal Qualities
  • Proven extensive experience as successful project manager of mid-large scale implementation projects (e.g. CRM, Finance system, ERP, etc.).
  • Specific experience in the rollout and/or utilisation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform strongly preferred.
  • Educated in an industry-related degree.
  • Business acumen, able to influence and drive change processes at all levels.
  • Experience in delivering training programs preferred.
  • Experience of working in multi-cultural teams within a matrix environment.
  • Professional English language skills, other European languages a plus.
  • Proven leadership with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred
