Einleitung

Unser Standort in Unna ist das europäische Distributionszentrum für TUMI. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Abteilung Service after Sales suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n engagierten Sachbearbeiter/in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (39 Stunden/Woche).

Aufgaben
  • Kundenservice für unseren Service after Sale im europäischen Raum via Telefon und Mail in englischer und deutscher Sprache
  • Reklamationsmanagement
  • Erstellen von Gutachten und Kostenvoranschlägen
  • Anfertigen von Austausch-und Upgrade Angeboten
  • Intensiver/enger Kontakt mit unserer internen Reparaturwerkstatt und unseren eigenen europäischen Stores
Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Customer Service
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift
  • Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch und Englisch
  • Das Bearbeiten von Kundenangelegenheiten bereitet Ihnen Freude
  • Mit dem arbeiten am PC, insbesondere MS-Office sind Sie vertraut
  • SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
