Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales colleagues in the daily stockroom process
• Pack and replenish shelves and displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment
• Ensure a high level of product presentation and merchandising to drive sales and customer engagement

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings and evenings
