Associate Treasury Analyst (m/w/d)

Als unser Associate Treasury Accountant (m/f/d) unterstützt Du vom Standort Frankfurt aus den reibungslosen Betrieb im Bereich Treasury für die Gesellschaften der GDC EMEA Gruppe in Ländern in der EMEA Region.

Dies bedeutet insbesondere die Unterstützung des Treasury Bereichs der NTT GDC EMEA Gruppe durch Sicherstellung der akkuraten Abbildung von Zahlungsvorgängen im ERP System, die Überprüfung von Zahlläufen, termingerechter Abwicklung aller elektronischen Zahlungsvorgänge sowie die Dokumentation dieser Vorgänge entsprechend legaler und interner Vorgaben.

Diese Position ist in Vollzeit in Frankfurt zu besetzen. Wir arbeiten hybrid.

Was Du machen wirst

  • Ordnungsgemäße Verbuchung von Zahlungsein- und -ausgängen auf den Bankkonten der NTT GDC EMEA Gruppe im In- und Ausland
  • Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Kontrolle von Zahlungsvorschlägen und Überwachung der erfolgreichen Abwicklung von Zahlungen
  • Vorbereitung von manuellen Zahlungsvorgängen
  • Unterstützung der Erstellung von Treasury-Reportings und Ad-hoc-Berichten
  • Unterstützung bei der Systemadministration Electronic-Banking
  • Verwaltung, Kontrolle und Abstimmung der Bankkonten (Haupt- und Nebenbuch)
  • Unterstützung der Debitorenbuchhaltung (z.B. bei den Abstimmungen und Kontrollen von IC- und OP-Salden und Zahlungsvorschlägen sowie die Verbuchung von Bankauszügen)
  • Ansprechpartner für Banken
  • Mitarbeit bei Finance Projekten

Was wir suchen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im oben genannten Aufgabengebiet, z.B. als Debitorenbuchhalter
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP FI
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Hierbei entwickeln und betreiben wir heute 18 Rechenzentrumsstandorte mit einer Fläche von mehr als m2 in Deutschland, Österreich, der Schweiz, in den Niederlanden und in Großbritannien und expandieren in weitere Märkte.
