Unser Kerngeschäft sind Projekte - und die sind abwechslungsreich Jedes neue Projekt ist individuell und so kann sich die Teamzusammenstellung, -größe und die eingesetzte Technologie ändern.

Du bist dabei sozusagen der Mastermind hinter den Kulissen, der Überblick über Prozesse, Veränderungen, Konflikte und Risiken behält und Entscheidungen vorbereitet. Egal, wie komplex und dynamisch eine Situation auch gerade ist, du bist derjenige, der dafür sorgt, dass richtig reagiert werden kann.

Wir arbeiten agil in Teams von 2 bis 10 Leuten zusammen - meist auch interdisziplinär, um aus einem breiterem Wissensspektrum die besten Lösungsansätze entwickeln zu können. Als inhabergeführtes, mittelständisches IT- Beratungs– und Softwareentwicklungsunternehmen haben wir Standorte in Berlin, Stralsund und Nürnberg. So sind wir seit 16 Jahren erfolgreich bei Enterprise– und Mittelstandskunden in verschiedenen Branchen tätig.

Aufgaben

Deine Kernaufgaben sind:

  • Planen der Ressourcen auf Portfolioebene, Optimieren des Ressourceneinsatzes, Lösen von Ad-hoc Ressourcenkonflikten
  • Schaffen von Transparenz über die aktuellen und geplanten Projekte durch die Bereitstellung von aktuellen, verlässlichen Projektdaten
  • Förderung des Informationsflusses und der Kommunikation (z. B. durch die Einführung von Regelmeetings)
  • Management aktueller Mitarbeiterdaten, besonders in puncto Kapazität, Projektallokationen und Skills
  • Überwachen der Projektfortschritte und Steuerung der Abhängigkeiten, die auf Ressourcen, Budgets und Zeitpläne einwirken – kurz: Projektportfolio-Controlling
  • Administrative und operative Unterstützung der Projektleiter und der Projektteams (z. B. Konfliktmanagement, Workshop-Moderation, Controlling, ...)
Gelegentlich unterstützt du auch andere Kolleg/innen bei:
  • Erstellen einer Wissensdatenbank der Lessons Learned und Best Practices aus vergangenen Projekten, sodass Wiederholungsfehler vermieden werden
  • Sammeln von neuen Trends, Feedbacks, Ideen und Anforderungen, um daraus konkrete Handlungsoptionen zu entwickeln
  • Standardisieren der Methoden und Prozesse im Projektmanagement
  • Auswählen und Einführen geeigneter Werkzeuge/Software-Tools inklusive Schulung der Mitarbeiter
Qualifikation
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Projektkoordination – idealerweise in einem technischen Umfeld
  • Organisationstalent mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Eigenverantwortliches Agieren und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch sowie gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Level)
