Risk Controller Job DescriptionAre you an experienced risk controller looking for a new challenge? Raisin Bank is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Risk Controller. As a member of our risk controlling team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and managing potential risks to the bank. If you have a strong background in risk controlling, risk reporting, and European banking regulations, we want to hear from you
Your Responsibilities- Identify and evaluate potential risks through comprehensive research and assessment.
- Analyze various risk factors to proactively address emerging risks.
- Enhance existing risk management processes and frameworks for optimal risk control.
- Develop customized risk management frameworks aligned with Raisin Bank's business lines.
- Contribute to strategic development initiatives to elevate risk controlling practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new control concepts and enhance risk management strategies.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in risk controlling, ICAAP, and risk reporting.
- Strong understanding of European and German banking regulations.
- Proven experience in liquidity, market, and interest rate risk management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Good understanding of the financial industry, banking products, and processes.
- Technical competence and adaptability to new challenges.
- Fluency in English and German.
