Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Risk Controller at Raisin Bank, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing potential risks to the bank through comprehensive research and analysis. You will evaluate and analyze various risk factors to proactively address emerging risks, and develop and curate a customized risk management framework aligned with the business lines of Raisin Bank.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Evaluate and analyze various risk factors, including liquidity, market, and interest rate risks
  • Develop and implement effective risk management processes and programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new control concepts and enhance risk management strategies
  • Contribute to strategic development initiatives to elevate our risk controlling practices
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced risk professional with a strong understanding of European and German banking regulations. You should have 5 to 7 years of experience in risk controlling, ICAAP, and risk reporting, and a proven track record of success in risk management.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of European and German banking regulations
  • Proven experience in liquidity, market, and interest rate risk management
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English and German
