Ihre Rolle

  • die Leitung der Abteilung "Operational Excellence und Realisation Projects " innerhalb der Operations der ZEISS Semiconductor Mask Solutions Business (SMS) in der Sparte SMT übernehmen
  • zusammen mit Ihrem Team die Produktentwicklung bei der Realisierung neuer Produkte unterstützen und die termingerechte Einführung neuer Produkte in die Fertigung verantworten
  • die Fachbereiche in Operations bei der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung ihrer Funktionalstrategien unterstützen
  • Standort- und Abteilungsübergreifende Operational Excellence und andere Verbesserungsprojekte planen und realisieren
  • den Geschäftsbereich bei der Umsetzung von Konzernprojekten durch Ressourcen und Methodenkompetenz unterstützen
  • Infrastrukturprojekte an den verschiedenen Standorten des Geschäftsbereiches planen und die Umsetzung mit den Standortleitern koordinieren sowie die Einhaltung Kosten und Termine sicherstellen
  • Projekt- und Investitionsbudgets innerhalb des Bereiches steuern und deren Einhaltung sicherstellen
  • die Umsetzung der agilen Arbeitsweise in Projekten koordinieren und diese weiter entwickeln

Ihr Profil

  • ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss, Zusatzqualifikation im kaufmännischen Bereich von Vorteil
  • mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Fertigung, Qualität oder Entwicklung von Maschinen und Anlagen für die Produktion von Halbleitern , davon mindestens 5 Jahre disziplinarische Führungserfahrung
  • nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung von komplexen Realisierungs-, Produktentwicklung- oder Excellence- Projekten im internationalen Umfeld
  • fundierte Kenntnisse in der Einführung und Umsetzung von Lean Management im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse im SAP R3 und S4
  • ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine zielorientierte, proaktive und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
