Ihre Rolle

  • Verantwortliche Betreuung eines CxO-Bereichs bzw. der zugehörigen geschäftsunterstützenden Funktionen als Key Account im Aufgabengebiet des konzernweiten Business Supporting Functions (BSF)-Controlling der ZEISS-Group (CEO-, CTO- und CFO-Bereich)
  • Zentraler Controlling-Ansprechpartner für den Vorstand und die zugeordneten BSF Heads
  • als Finance Business Partner agieren und dadurch Mehrwert mittels aussagekräftiger Berichte und Analysen schaffen, durch Steuerungsimpulse und Handlungs-empfehlungen, durch Nachhalten von Maßnahmen sowie durch Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von BSF-Strategien
  • Koordination und Durchführung von Planung, Forecasting, Steuerung sowie Kontrolle von Kosten und Investitionen der zugehörigen BSFs in Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Teams BSF-Controlling. Schaffen von finanzieller Transparenz und Durchführung eines konzernweiten Controllings für konzernweite Fokusinitiativen
  • Über CxO-Bereich hinaus Übernahme verantwortlicher Aufgaben bei bereichs-übergreifenden Initiativen der ZEISS Finance Agenda sowie bei der Weiterent-wicklung des Instrumentariums des ZEISS Group BSF-Controllings

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium (Diplom, Master, MBA oder gleichwertig) mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen / Controlling
  • Mehr als 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit verantwortlichen Aufgaben entweder im Business Supporting Functions-Controlling für eine oder mehrere der oben genannten Funktionen eines internationalen Konzerns oder in der Management-Beratung mit Fokus auf Finance & Controlling-Projekte gepaart mit belastbaren Erfahrungen bei der operativen Implementierung von Controlling-konzepten und -prozessen bei Industrieunternehmen
  • Sehr gutes, aktuelles Fachwissen moderner Controllingkonzepte insbesondere auf den Gebieten Funktionscontrolling, Cost Accounting, konzerninterne Leistungsverrechnung, Reporting, Projektcontrolling, Investitionsrechnung
  • Idealerweise Controlling-Erfahrung mit Transformationsinitiativen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denkvermögen, schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung
  • Sicheres Kommunizieren und überzeugendes Auftreten auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen bis auf Top Management-Ebene
  • Hervorragende Team- und Interaktionsfähigkeiten
  • Projekterfahrung, idealerweise in (Teil-)Projektleitungsfunktionen
  • Affinität für und idealerweise Erfahrungen mit der Anwendung moderner Digitalisierungstechnologien im Finance & Controlling-Bereich
  • Sehr gute Microsoft-Office- und SAP-Kenntnisse (FI/CO)
  • Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
