Dein Verantwortungsbereich:
- Du bist verantwortlich für einen festgelegten autorisierten Kundenstamm – Kaltakquise musst Du bei uns nicht machen
- Bei eingehenden Anrufen oder Reklamationen hilfst Du unseren Kunden gerne und lösungsorientiert weiter und klärst fachliche und technische Fragen in engem Kontakt mit unserem Vertriebsaußendienst, dem Produktmarketing/Presales und den Lieferanten
- Du erstellst Angebote, gibst Produktinformationen und prüfst Bestellungen
- Du führst eigenständig Preisverhandlungen und versorgst unsere Fachhändler mit allen Service-Leistungen der TD SYNNEX (u. a. Projektfinanzierung, technische Trainings etc.) in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Fachabteilungen (Leadmanagement)
- Du setzt Promotions engagiert um, fasst auch mal proaktiv bei Kunden nach (B2B) und generierst Zusatzgeschäfte. Auch die Reaktivierung/Zurückgewinnung inaktiver Bestandskunden hast Du im Blick
- So trägst Du motiviert zu Erreichung der vierteljährlichen Umsatz- und Margenziele für den jeweiligen Kunden bzw. das jeweilige Segment bei und überzeugst durch das Erreichen von Key Performance Indikatoren (KPIs)
- Auch die Pflege und der Ausbau der Kontakte zu unseren Software-Herstellern sind Dir wichtig
Deine Expertise:
- Du bist stolz auf deine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Du brennst für den Vertrieb und hast bereits mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb (idealerweise im Software-Bereich) sammeln können
- Du kommunizierst gern, hast Spaß am Telefonkontakt mit Kunden und verkäuferisches Geschick. Dafür setzt Du gerne deine Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch ein
- Du freust Dich auf anspruchsvolle Aufgaben, die Du mit viel Eigeninitiative und deiner guten Auffassungsgabe gemeinsam mit einem hervorragenden Team meistern willst
- Du hast sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse und die Fähigkeit, Dich schnell in neue Software-Funktionen einzuarbeiten
