Du bringst bereits fundiertes Know-how im Bereich SAP ERP HCM oder SAP SuccessFactors mit? SAP HR ist dein Ding? Dann starte bei uns als (Senior) Consultant SAP Application Management HCM / SuccessFactors (all genders) durch und unterstütze uns beim Ausbau des Application Managements für den Bereich SAP HR.
In deiner Rolle bist du erste Ansprechpartnerin oder erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Bestandskunden und berätst diese bei der Abbildung zu optimierenden Prozessabläufen in bestehenden SAP ERP HCM oder SuccessFactors-Systemen.
Dein konkretes Aufgabengebiet:
- Nah am Kunden: Du bist Hauptansprechpartnerin oder Hauptansprechpartner unserer Kunden für produktbezogene Fragen - dabei unterstützt du beim Aufbau sowie Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen via Ticket-System, E-Mail oder Telefon bzw. Konferenzschaltung.
- Hands-on: Du löst Kundenfragen und -anfragen, indem du Probleme identifizierst, Antworten recherchierst, mit Anbietenden oder anderen Teammitgliedern zusammen arbeitest und Lösungen für Probleme lieferst oder geeignete Workarounds erstellst.
- Troubleshooting: Du analysierst die Geschäftsprozesse von Kunden, um Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zu ermitteln.
- Die Bereitstellung von End-to-End-Support für komplexe Anwendungen bei Problemen, die im Ticketing-System erfasst sind, gehört ebenfalls in deinen Aufgabenbereich.
DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Studienabschluss (Diplom, Bachelor oder Master) oder Berufsabschluss technischer bzw. kaufmännischer Ausrichtung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Kundensupport oder in der SAP HCM / SuccessFactors-Beratung
- Mehrjährige und fundierte Erfahrungen im Bereich SAP ERP HCM oder SAP SuccessFactors sowie funktionale Kenntnisse in mindestens einem Core Modul (PA/OM oder EC) - natürlich bieten wir dir auch zusätzliche Schulungen in diesem Themenfeld an.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Dokumentationsfähigkeiten sowie analytisches Denkvermögen und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Funktion und gute Kenntnisse der Supportprozesse für Geschäfts- und Kundenanwendungen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zum gelegentlichen Reisen innerhalb der DACH-Region
