Wir suchen einen erfahrenen SAP HCM Consultant, der unsere Kunden bei der Implementierung und Optimierung von SAP HCM-Lösungen unterstützt.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Application Management in SAP HCM für die Module Personalverwaltung, Personalabrechnung oder Zeitwirtschaft
  • Konzeption, Implementierung, Qualitätssicherung und Überführung von Anforderungen in die Produktion innerhalb der SAP HCM Module Personaladministration und -abrechnung bzw. Zeitwirtschaft
  • Betreuung und Beratung von Bestands- und Neukunden
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Abbildung neuer Anforderungen
  • Aufnahme, Analyse, Erstellung und Umsetzung von Lösungskonzepten
  • Dokumentation umgesetzter Anforderungen, Durchführung von Funktionstests und Fehlerbehebung
  • Unterstützung des Teamleiters
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Informationstechnologie
  • Erfahrung als Berater oder Modulbetreuer in SAP HCM PA, PY oder PT
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Customizing von SAP HCM Modulen
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Entgeltabrechnungsschemata und -regeln
  • Kenntnisse der deutschen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung von Vorteil
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Selbstbewusstes Auftreten und kompetenter Umgang mit Kunden, auch in Konfliktsituationen
  • Eigeninitiative und Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
