In the role of Design Project Manager, you'll be working closely with the wider Design team, the German Account Managers and German Commercial Leads to create unique and engaging ad experiences on a daily basis for our international portfolio of clients.
Note: GumGum fosters a flexible work environment, offering GumGummers the ability to work either in-office or remotely/from home. However, for occasional in-person collaboration, we kindly ask that this position be located within a 'commutable' distance to our office.

What You'll Achieve
- You are responsible for coordinating, managing and planning the German campaigns across the Design team
- Manage incoming creative requests by German clients and schedule them amongst the Design team
- Closely work with the other Design Project Managers in all aspects of process & planning the workload
- Make sure the Design team has clear briefings and assets to do what they're best at
- Manage incoming feedback professionally and translate it to clear actions for the Design team
- Be the first line of communication between clients and Design
- Successfully manage internal and external stakeholder expectations
- Provide input on design capabilities to stakeholders when required
- Brainstorm about ways to improve current processes and workflows
- Ensure a high level of creative output by doing Quality Control checks
- Oversee the end-to-end production of campaign designs and be a general safeguard of the Design process
- Attend in-person client pitches and creative showcases along with the Commercial Leads as needed
- Be the face of Design & GumGum's creative ambassador across all virtual and in-person client encounters
- Confidently speaks with clients about campaign performance data as it relates to Design
- Be the creative point of contact on client calls whenever required
Skills You'll Bring
- 2-5 years of proven experience with ad product creation, trafficking, and creative troubleshooting.
- 2+ year experience in a Traffic/Project/Media position
- 2+ years of proven experience within a media or agency role
- Experience in and are able to review Adobe CC files (especially Photoshop)
- German verbal and written communication skills at a native-level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Very strong in organizing people and processes
- Thrive on structure, organization and prioritization
- Excellent at multitasking and problem-solving
- Motivated by being the key person of contact for all things creative
- A social team player, capable of seeing potential on both team and personal level
- You are detail-oriented — eye for detail
