Wir sind die add-on Gruppe – ein regionaler Personaldienstleister inklusive eigenem hausinternem Bildungsträger in der Metropolregion Nürnberg. Durch die Personaldienstleistung wird uns täglich der Bedarf, die Anforderungen und Herausforderungen in puncto Personal zahlreicher Unternehmen in der Region anvertraut. Zudem meistern wir bei unserem Bildungsträger die Aufgabe, Menschen in ihrer beruflichen Entwicklung zu qualifizieren.

Deine Arbeitsinhalte und Verantwortung:

  • Neukundenakquise und Bestandskundenpflege im Großraum Nürnberg-Fürth-Erlangen
  • Dokumentation der Kundenbedarfe in unserem ERP-System
  • Du stimmst die Stellenanforderungen mit den Bewerbern/innen ab und erstellst das Angebot
  • Du terminierst, begleitest und finalisierst den Vorstellungsprozess beim Kunden
  • Betreuung von externen Mitarbeitern vor und während des Einsatzes
Das bringst Du mit:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Personaldienstleistungskaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung alternativ hast du Dir über andere Wege vergleichbares Fachwissen angeeignet
  • Berufserfahrungen im beschriebenen Aufgabengebiet
  • Du bist kommunikativ und würdest Dir selbst ein Beratungstalent zusprechen
  • Du hast Lust darauf, Dich gemeinsam mit uns weiterzuentwickeln
