Die Position ist im Zentrum für Neurologie und Neurochirurgie zu besetzen. Das Zentrum für Neurologie und Neurochirurgie verfügt über 6 Stationen, darunter ICU, IMC, Stroke Unit, Comprehensive Stroke, Neuroonkologie und Epileptologie. In der Neurologie sind Sie im Rahmen von interdisziplinären Komplexbehandlungen Teil des Behandlungsteams.

  • Ermittlung von spezifischen Bedarfen bei komplexen Versorgungssituationen einer spezifischen Patientengruppe im Bereich der Neurologie, inkl. regelmäßiges Monitoring dieser Bedarfe.
  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und Leitung eines erweiterten Versorgungsangebotes (z.B. eines Konsildienstes oder einer Präventionssprechstunde) für die spezifische Patientengruppe.
  • Beratung, Anleitung und Schulung dieser Patienten und deren Angehörigen
  • Regelmäßige Evaluation des Versorgungsangebotes.
  • Reflektierte Anwendung erweiterter Assessment-Instrumente für die Versorgung der spezifischen Patientengruppe.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen z.B. Sozialdienst, Mediziner und Medizinerinnen, Pflegefachpersonen der Stationen, der Stabsstelle Pflegeentwicklung etc.
  • Klinische Versorgung von neurologischen Patientinnen und Patienten.
  • Sie haben über ein abgeschlossenes pflegebezogenes Studium auf Masterniveau, bzw. (Advanced Practice Nursing, Pflegewissenschaft oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich)
  • Sie verfügen über eine Berufszulassung in der Pflege, erworben durch eine dreijährige Ausbildung oder ein Pflegestudium.
  • Sie sind aufgeschlossen und arbeiten gerne in einem interprofessionellen Team.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement aus, um eine bedarfsgerechte pflegerische Qualität für unsere Patientinnen und Patienten sicherzustellen.
  • Als neugieriger Mensch stehen Sie Entwicklungen aufgeschlossen gegenüber und bringen sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse ein.
  • Persönliche Wissens- und Kompetenzerweiterung ist Ihnen wichtig.
