Junior Project Manager (m/w/d) für unser Creative Team

Der Junior Project Manager unterstützt bei der Planung und Umsetzung von klein- bis mittelgroßen Content-Produktionsprojekten. Die Position arbeitet eng mit internen Teams und externen Partnern zusammen und steuert die Produktion gemäß Briefing und Zeitplan.

Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Kommunikation von Produktionsbriefings.
  • Koordination der erforderlichen Ressourcen für Projekte.
  • Teilnahme an Kundenmeetings und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen.
  • Überwachung des Projektumfangs und Anpassungen bei Bedarf.
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Standards und Prozessen.
  • Erstellung und Anpassung von Produktionsplänen oder Ressourcen.
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Entwicklung von Best Practices.

Finanzmanagement:

  • Unterstützung bei der Budgetverwaltung und Kostenkontrolle.
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Rechnungsvorbereitung.

Administrative Aufgaben & Training:

  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von SOPs.
  • Verwaltung von Projekt- und Zeiterfassungsdaten.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent, das mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig effektiv koordinieren und priorisieren kann.
  • Komplexe Informationen kannst du schnell verarbeiten und in praktische Maßnahmen umzusetzen.
  • Du denkst vorausschauend, planst proaktiv und kannst potenzielle Schwierigkeiten vorhersehen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten.
  • Du bist multitaskingfähig, behältst stets den Überblick über alle laufenden Projekte und achtest dabei auf die Details und eine gute Kommunikation innerhalb des Teams und zu Kunden.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung in einer Agentur oder im Eventmanagement gesammelt
  • Du sprichst fließend Englisch, um in unserem internationalen Team erfolgreich zu kommunizieren. Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • MS Office Kenntnisse erforderlich (idealerweise MS Office 365).
  • Reisebereitschaft bis zu 20 %.
