Deine Aufgaben bei uns

Als (Senior) Accounting Specialist (gn) verantwortest du die Bearbeitung aller Geschäftsvorfälle in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung.Die Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des Monatsabschlusses und die Vorbereitung von Informationen für die Jahresabschlüsse gehören ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.Genauigkeit steht bei dir an erste Stelle – Rechnungseingänge und -ausgänge, den Zahlungsverkehr sowie das Mahnwesen hast du stets im Blick.Du übernimmst die Bearbeitung und Abrechnung von Reisekosten gemäß den internen Richtlinien.Als Accounting Expert:in stehst du Kolleg:innen, Kunden, Lieferanten und Banken kompetent zur Seite.Du erstellst kontinuierlich Reports, Statistiken und Monatsauswertungen.Stillstand ausgeschlossen - bestehende Prozesse evaluierst du mit kritischem Auge und leitest Maßnahmen zur Optimierung ein.Anforderungen
Das bringst du mitDu hast ein kaufmännisches Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.Als zertifizierte:r Bilanzbuchhalter:in (IHK) verfügst du über einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen.Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office 365 und relevanten FiBu-Systemen; idealerweise Diamant.Flexibilität, Kreativität und Neugier zeichnen dich aus, in einem Arbeitsumfeld mit wechselnden Themen und Arbeitsgebieten fühlst du dich wohl.Eine geringfügige Reisebereitschaft zu Events und Weiterbildungen stellen für dich einen positiven Mehrwert dar.Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit. Das Jahresbruttogehalt für diese Position liegt zwischen € € auf Basis einer Vollzeit-Tätigkeit mit 40 Stunden/Woche. Das tatsächliche Gehalt orientiert sich an branchenüblichen Gehältern, deinen Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen.Benefits
