Retention Analyst (gn)

Dein Job:
  • Du bist für die Entwicklung unserer Bestandskund*innen verantwortlich und hast den "Churn" unserer Kundenportfolien stets im Blick
  • Du erstellst Prognosen für unsere treuen Kund*innen und leitest Maßnahmen für eine zielgerichtete Kundenbindung ab (Vertragsverlängerung, Retention, Preisanpassungen etc.)
  • Anhand der Anforderungen aus dem Campaign Management erstellst du aussagekräftige Dashboards, Reports etc. und zeigst auf, welche Potentiale für LichtBlick Kampagnen zur Verfügung stehen und wieviel gutes Klima bereits herrscht
  • Du probierst dich aus, indem du vortrainierte Modelle gewinnbringend einsetzt oder sogar beginnst, eigene Modelle aufzusetzen
  • Dabei verwendest du eine "state-of-the-art" cloudbasierte Datenplattform wie z.B. Azure oder Snowflake
  • Mit anderen LichtBlick Abteilungen und deinem Team tauschst du dich regelmäßig aus und teilst deine Insights und dein Know-How
Deine Skills:
  • Du bringst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik, BWL, VWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
  • Dein erstes Expertenwissen konntest du bereits erfolgreich in der Praxis im Data Analytics/-Science oder Business Intelligence Umfeld (z.B. als Werksstudent*in) sammeln und anwenden
  • Daten sind für dich keine nichtssagenden Zahlenkolonnen, sondern die wichtigste Grundlage für alle Businessentscheidungen
  • Du beherrschst den Umgang mit Python, R oder SQL und verfügst über Erfahrung im Umgang mit Self-Service BI-Anwendungen wie z.B. Tableau oder Power-BI
  • Du bist ein*e Klimafreund*in und hast Lust auf grüne Themen und grüne Auswertungen
  • Du bringst gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit? Yes please
