Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams

IHR VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH

• Optimale Betreuung unserer Confocal- und Widefield Mikroskop-Systeme vor Ort bei unseren Kunden
• Kundenbesuche für die Durchführung von Wartungen, Reparaturen, Fehleranalysen sowie Installationen von neuen Systemen und von Upgrades
• Vermittlung und Weitergabe von produktspezifischen Informationen und Trainings für Anwenderinnen und Anwender
• Kunden- und problemorientiertes Arbeiten, um als lokale Schnittstelle gemeinsam mit unserem regionalen und globalen Service Team Lösungen voranzutreiben
• Eigenständiges Erarbeiten und Dokumentieren von Serviceberichten- und unterlagen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit und Kooperation mit unserem Sales- und Applikationsteams, zum Beispiel zur Unterstützung bei Demos und Messen

IHR PROFIL

• Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Life Sciences, Medizintechnik, Elektrotechnik/Mechatronik oder ähnlicher Fachrichtung
• Sie haben bereits Berufserfahrung im Service oder Kundensupport bevorzugt im Bereich optischer Analysesysteme. Kenntnisse im Bereich Mikroskopie, speziell Laser - und Konfokal Mikroskopie sind von Vorteil.
• Sie verfügen über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch/Englisch) und arbeiten gerne in einem abwechslungsreichen Umfeld bei Kundeneinsätzen vor Ort

Come join a fantastic team Our Field Service team strives to provide excellent support to our customers enabling them to create a better and healthier world.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide optimal support for confocal and widefield microscope systems on-site with our customers
• Conduct customer visits for maintenance, repairs, error analysis, as well as installation of new systems and upgrades
• Provide training to users and share product-specific know-how
• Collaborate with our regional and global service team to drive customer-oriented solutions
• Independently develop and document service reports and related documents
• Collaborate closely with our sales and application teams to support product demos and trade shows

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree or vocational training in life sciences, medical technology, electrical engineering/mechatronics, or a related field
• Multiple years of professional experience in service or customer support, preferably in optical analysis systems. Knowledge of microscopy, particularly laser and confocal microscopy, is a plus.
• Enjoy working in a diverse environment and are comfortable working on customer assignments on-site conversing in English, German is a plus
