We are looking for a dedicated Senior Data Manager in the area of ​​data management and data analysis for our headquarters in Cologne or at one of our other locations as soon as possible .

As a data manager, you are responsible for managing the development of our Azure data platform. The goal is to use Power Bi and Power Apps to design a platform that provides time-efficient information and evaluations for management and specialist departments. Your tasks at a glance:

  • Requirements management: You record e.g. For example, as part of workshops, you identify the needs and wishes of the specialist departments, prioritize the desired functions and translate them for developers. The important objective is to define processes and working methods in order to automatically collect, process and evaluate data.
  • Project management: When developing and implementing a future-proof cloud data architecture, you will work closely with internal IT and coordinate external service providers.
  • Sustainability: To achieve a noticeable improvement in data quality, you will implement the data governance structure together as a team.
  • In addition to current projects, you will support all data-related topics within our IT in daily business.

  • Your strengths lie in project management: You have already supported projects on digital transformation or IT and data infrastructure and are ready to take on responsibility.
  • Industry knowledge in the real estate industry, real estate and/or capital management is an advantage.
