The role of a Senior Business Analyst is your opportunity to become a key player in our Analytics Team. You will shape the overarching view onto the company from an insights perspective. The Role

Be the analyst in a team of different analytical experts, who drives the usage of data and insights from data to the next level. Be the point of contact to a variety of stakeholders, ranging from Senior Leadership Teams to Analysts of different domains Strong communicator to tell data stories, maximise decision impact of your results and liaison with analysts and tech people alike. Influence the company strategy by conducting overarching analysis that helps the Leadership Teams to make data driven decisions Synthesise data from various sources (market research, competitive intelligence, etc.) to extract insights and derive actionable business measures Work closely with our core finance and strategy team, to support on ad-hoc analysis and impactful reportings Answer ad-hoc analytical requests by grasping the core fast and being able to deliver insights in a timely and comprehensible manner Your ability to "connect the dots" between the different businesses in , enables you to have a holistic understanding of the business and challenge the status quo in terms of data usage and interpretation Qualifications 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, also in cross-functional teams You know how to convert sophisticated business questions into specific requirements, relevant metrics and insights You can put results into clear recommendations that have an impact on decision making of our (senior) leadership Hands-on experience in one or more business intelligence tools (e.g.: Looker, Tableau) Great collaborator, ability to build strong relationships cross functionally and collaborate closely with global teams across the group. Outstanding communication, prioritization and project management skills Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities quickly, while maintaining a high degree of (self-)organization and structure First experience in the financial industry, especially in reporting and defining KPIs in PE/VC environment is a plus
