To further advance this mission, we are seeking a talented and experienced SEA Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves working with SEA specialists located in different locations across Europe and reporting to the Head of Search & Performance Channels at the Group level.

Your role

As a SEA Data Analyst at Hotelplan Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze large datasets, derive actionable insights, and collaborate with various SEA Specialists to optimize our campaigns for maximum performance and efficiency.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyze performance data from various sources.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of campaigns.
  • Conduct detailed keyword and ad copy analysis.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports to inform management and other teams.

Campaign Optimization:

  • Collaborate with SEA Account Managers to optimize campaigns.
  • Plan and conduct A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and optimize budgets to ensure efficient spending.

Innovation and Automation:

  • Identify opportunities for automating routine tasks.
  • Develop and implement predictive models to forecast trends and campaign outcomes.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the SEA specialists & Data Scientists
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of data-driven strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
  • Understanding of SEA, digital marketing concepts, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Data Studio, Power BI).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Expertise in Google Ads is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-motivated, curious, and open to challenging the status quo.
