Das erwartet Dich

  • Du unterstützt unsere Chief Compliance Officer bei der Weiterentwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von Richtlinien und Verfahren im Rahmen des CMS zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen und fungierst dabei als Schnittstelle zwischen unserer Compliance- und Rechtsabteilung. Du berichtest in dieser Funktion direkt an den General Counsel.

  • Compliance Management System: Du unterstützt die (Weiter-)Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von Richtlinien und Verfahren im Rahmen unseres Compliance-Management-Systems (CMS), um die Einhaltung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen sicherzustellen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung: Du berätst das Management und die Fachabteilungen zu allen rechtlichen und Compliance-relevanten Fragen, bearbeitest Rechtsverstöße und bewertest Verdachtsfälle sowie Meldungen aus dem Hinweisgebersystem und Sonderprüfungen
  • Risikomanagement: Du identifizierst, bewertest und kontrollierst rechtliche Risiken und unterstützt bei der Durchführung von internen Compliance Audits
  • Schnittstelle: Daneben übernimmst Du Schnittstellenaufgaben zwischen unserer Compliance- und Rechtsabteilung
  • Schulung: Du leitest Schulungen und Workshops zur Sensibilisierung und Weiterbildung unserer Mitarbeiter in Bezug auf Compliance-relevante Rechtsthemen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Qualifikationen: Volljurist/in mit mindestens zwei Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich Risikomanagement oder Compliance. Erfahrungen im Aufbau und in der Pflege eines CMS sind erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse spezifischer Rechtsgebiete: Grundkenntnisse in relevanten Rechtsgebieten wie Wirtschaftsrecht, Arbeitsrecht, Datenschutzrecht und Strafrecht von Vorteil
  • Integrität: Ein sehr hohes Maß an persönlicher Integrität, absolute Vertrauenswürdigkeit, Loyalität sowie Sensibilität im Umgang mit Informationen und Menschen sind für Dich selbstverständlich
  • Arbeitsweise: Du bist in der Lage komplexe Sachverhalte klar und verständlich darzustellen. Darüber hinaus schätzt Du eigenverantwortliches und strukturiertes Arbeiten. Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz sowie ein starkes Dienstleistungsverständnis
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind sehr gut in Wort und Schrift. Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse
