Aufgaben
- Planung und Koordination der Sicherheitsaktivitäten im Entwicklungsprozess für ein neuartiges Schienenfahrzeugbremssystem
- Durchführung der Gefährdungs- und Risikoanalyse für das elektronische System
- Ermittlung der funktionalen Sicherheitsanforderungen für Elektronikprodukte der Bremssteuerung
- Erstellung von Sicherheitsnachweisen für elektronische Bremssteuerungen für die funktionale Sicherheit für Schienenfahrzeuge nach EN 50129, IEC 61508 und die SOTIF
- Begleitung von externen Sicherheitsbegutachtungen
- Definition und Prüfung der Sicherheitsarchitektur von Elektroniksystemen und -produkten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
- Bewertung von Design-Änderungen hinsichtlich deren Auswirkungen auf die funktionale Sicherheit
- Moderation und Reviews von DFMEA, FMEDA, FTA, DFA und STPA
Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Informatik oder Vergleichbares
- Erfahrung im Design und in der Validierung von sicherheitsrelevanten elektronischen Steuerungen
- Erfahrung mit mindestens einer der Sicherheitsnormen IEC 61508, EN 5012x oder ISO 26262
- Kenntnisse im Konfigurationsmanagement und in der FMEA-Methodik
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
