Aufgaben
  • Stärkung der internationalen Zusammenarbeit und der Vernetzung der einzelnen Standorte in Bezug auf alle HR relevanten Themen
  • Beratung der Geschäftsleitung und Führungskräfte in allen Themen des HR-Managements
  • Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung der einzelnen Ländergesellschaften
  • Optimierung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung der Prozessabläufe
  • Umsetzung von Change-Prozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Abteilungen
  • Enge und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat

Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal bzw. Recht bzw. vergleichbare Aus- und Weiterbildung
  • Fundierte Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in einer international ausgerichteten HR-Position
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der strategisch und konzeptionellen Personalarbeit
  • Erfahrungen in der globalen Projektarbeit sowie im Management von HR-Projekten
  • Kenntnisse in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen und deutschen Sprache
