Site Production Controller / Controller Cost Accounting (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d)

Wir wünschen uns einen Site Pro­duc­tion Con­trol­ler (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d), der die Ver­ant­wor­tung für ver­schie­dene FP&A-Akti­vi­tä­ten über­nimmt und an den Sup­ply Chain Fi­nance Direc­tor für Con­nec­ted Tech­no­logy Solu­tions be­rich­tet. Als Fi­nanz-Busi­ness­part­ner des VP Ope­ra­tions unter­stüt­zen Sie die­sen durch die Er­stel­lung von Fi­nanz­bud­gets, Prog­no­sen, fun­dier­ten Ana­ly­sen und Hand­lungs­emp­feh­lun­gen. Ihr Bei­trag ist essen­ziell für die Opti­mie­rung der Be­triebs­pro­zesse und die Er­rei­chung unse­rer Unter­neh­mens­ziele. Ex­zel­lente Kennt­nisse in Bezug auf SAP (FI/CO/COPA), Pro­dukt­kal­ku­la­tion und Pro­duk­tions­con­trol­ling sind für Ihre Rolle von zen­tra­ler Be­deutung.


Aufgaben
  • Finance-Businesspartner für den VP Ope­ra­tions
  • Überwachung diverser Mo­nats­ab­schluss­ak­ti­vi­tä­ten so­wie die frist­ge­rechte Er­stel­lung von Be­rich­ten und Ana­lysen
  • Erstellung monatlicher Ana­ly­sen bezüg­lich Fer­ti­gungs­kos­ten und -ab­sorp­tion, Ab­wei­chun­gen, Aus­las­tung und Pro­duk­ti­vi­tät; Ihre Ar­beit lie­fert wert­volle Er­kennt­nisse zur kon­ti­nu­ier­li­chen Ver­bes­se­rung unse­rer Pro­duk­tions­pro­zesse
  • Verantwortung für die Pro­dukt­kal­ku­la­tion und die Ana­lyse der Pro­dukt­kosten
  • Sie unterstützen stand­ort­be­zo­gene Ent­schei­dun­gen hin­sicht­lich ERP-Daten und Sys­tem­an­for­de­run­gen und brin­gen da­bei Ihre um­fas­sen­den SAP-ERP-Kennt­nisse ein, ins­be­son­dere in Bezug auf die Pro­dukt­kos­ten­rechnung
  • Verantwortung für die Bud­ge­tie­rung und das Fore­cas­ting bezüg­lich Kos­ten und In­ves­ti­tio­nen in der Sup­ply Chain unter Be­rück­sich­ti­gung der Pro­duk­tions­stück­zahlen
  • Leitung der Inventur
  • Teilnahme an ERP- und BI-Im­ple­men­tie­run­gen so­wie -Up­grades

Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Stu­dium im Be­reich Finan­zen, Con­trol­ling, BWL, Inge­nieur­we­sen oder ver­wand­ten Dis­zi­plinen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Pro­duk­tions­con­trol­ling oder in Bezug auf Sup­ply Chain FP&A und/oder ver­wand­te Erfah­rung in einem Pro­duk­tions­umfeld
  • Fundierte technische Kennt­nisse im Be­reich Pro­dukt­kal­ku­la­tion und Fer­ti­gungs­ab­wei­chun­gen inner­halb des SAP-ERP-Systems
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Richt­li­nien und Ver­fah­ren im Fi­nanz­ma­nage­ment, Rech­nungs­le­gungs­grund­sätze und -ver­fah­ren so­wie Bewer­tung von In­ves­ti­tions­pro­jekten
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeiten hin­sicht­lich SAP (FI/CO/COPA, MM/PP be­vor­zugt), Microsoft Office und Hyperion
  • Hervorragende schrift­li­che und münd­li­che Kom­mu­ni­ka­tions­fä­hig­kei­ten in deut­scher und eng­li­scher Sprache
