Am Leibniz-Institut für Naturstoff-Forschung und Infektionsbiologie (Leibniz-HKI) erforschen wir die Pathobiologie von Mikro­organismen und untersuchen Targets für die Entwicklung neuer Natur­stoff-basierter Wirkstoffe. Zur Unter­stützung der Abteilung „Microbiome Dynamics“ suchen wir zum nächst­möglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n begeisterte*n

Fremdsprachensekretär*in (m/w/div) „Microbiome Dynamics“

in Vollzeit. Teilzeit mit 30 Wochenstunden ist ebenfalls möglich. Die Stelle ist zunächst auf zwei Jahre befristet, mit der Option der Entfristung.

Wir sind ein moti­viertes Team aus inter­nationalen Wissen­schaft­lerinnen und Wissen­schaftlern und bieten neben einer abwechslungs­reichen Tätigkeit eine sehr gute Arbeits­atmosphäre und ein hervor­ragend ausgestattetes Arbeits­umfeld.


Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung des Abteilungs­leiters bei organi­satorischen und adminis­trativen Angelegen­heiten in Forschung und Lehre
  • Schriftverkehr in deutscher und englischer Sprache, Bearbeitung von Texten
  • Ansprechpartner*in (m/w/div) für Abteilungs­mitglieder bei organi­satorischen Fragen
  • Betreuung von Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern, Gastwissen­schaftlerinnen und -wissenschaftlern sowie, eingeladenen Rednerinnen und Rednern
  • Aufstellung von Budget­übersichten, Bestellungen
  • Organisation von Dienst­reisen
  • Organisation von Meetings und Tagungen
  • Pflege der Abteilungs­website

Profil
  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kauf­männische Berufs­ausbildung (bspw. als Kauffrau / Kaufmann [m/w/div] für Büro­management) oder vergleichbare Qualifi­kation
  • Erfahrung im Büro­management
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch­kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Routinierter Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen
  • Kommunikations- und Organi­sations­geschick
  • Hohe Einsatz­bereitschaft, Zuverlässig­keit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist
