Aufgaben
  • Umfassende Verantwortungsübernahme für eine spezifische Warengruppe inklusive Festlegung von strategischen und operativen KPIs und Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung mit allen relevanten Schnittstellen (Category Management, Shop Management, Marketing, Marketplace, …)
  • Durchführung von umfassenden Datenanalysen um die Interaktionen unserer Zielgruppe zu verstehen und darauf basierend datengesteuerte und kundenorientiere Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Entwicklung innovativer Wege, zur Steigerung von Umsatz und Conversion Rate, sei es durch die richtigen Angebote, optimale Produktplatzierungen oder gezielte Marketingstrategien
  • Ständige Optimierung des Sortiments innerhalb deiner Kategorie im Sinne der Kundenzufriedenheit (Verfügbarkeit, Preis, etc.)
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres digitalen Geschäftsbereichs

Profil
  • Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Marketing, Ecommerce oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Digital Sales oder Ecommerce mit Kundenanalyse
  • Effektive Kommunikation auf verschiedenen Ebenen, inklusive C-Level
  • Begeisterung für Datenanalyse und Trenderkennung zur Strategieverbesserung
  • Kreativität und Leidenschaft für den digitalen Wandel mit profitablen Modellen
