Key Responsibilities- Price Calculation: Conduct thorough analysis of prices and margins for our own brands, ensuring accurate information and proposing system improvements.
- Systems: Manage pricing tools, maintain master data, and ensure accurate information.
- Budget: Support the budget process, using updated prices to create KPIs.
- Forecast: Support the forecast process, monthly adjusting sales and margin projections.
- Monthly and Quarterly Closings: Ensure accurate financial reports, analyze, and validate margin calculations.
- Reporting: Analyze and control margins and KPIs, notifying and proposing corrections.
- End-to-End View: Analyze and control end-to-end margins and KPIs, notifying and proposing corrections.
- Business Cases: Evaluate ongoing business cases, propose decisions, and monitor project results.
- Projects: Review, prioritize, plan, and track new projects and KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar, with a focus on Corporate Finance and/or Controlling.
- First professional experience in Controlling or at an auditing firm, preferably in an international environment.
- First experience in the retail sector is desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analysis software such as SAP BW is an advantage.
- High analytical competence, independent and results-oriented working style, and strong team skills.
- Very good conceptual thinking and high problem-solving competence.
- Confident appearance, high level of initiative, and flexibility.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, German is an advantage.
