Das macht den Job interessant: 50Hertz entwickelt das Next Generation Control Center Ecosystem (Modular Control Center System), um den Anforderungen an die Digitalisierung in der Energiewende zu erfüllen. Hierfür sind die intelligente Nutzung von Daten und die Entwicklung eines zentralen Netzmodells unabdingbar für den Erfolg, denn wir managen hochkomplexe Daten unseres Stromnetzes mit höchsten Anforderungen an Verfügbarkeit und Datenqualität für Millionen von Realtime Datenpunkten. Gestalte mit uns diesen Wandel und begleite uns unmittelbar in der damit verbundenen Entwicklung der Datenstrategie und Datennutzung.


Mit dem Master Data System, werden für unser next generation eco-system die Daten verwaltet, die für die Steuerung und Überwachung eines Übertragungsnetzes unerlässlich sind: Assets wie Leitungen, Transformatoren, Schalter, Sensorik aber auch Erzeugungsanlagen und viele weitere.


Deine Aufgaben:

  • Gestaltung bzw. Weiterentwicklung der Vision und Roadmap des Master Data Systems in unserer modularen Plattform zur Steuerung und Überwachung von Stromnetzen,
  • Du bist mit deinem Team verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb (You build it, you run it) der Software des Master Data Teams,
  • Du bist verantwortlich für dein Backlog, das Erstellen von User Stories, die Abstimmung mit anderen Teams und der Präsentation in Sprint Reviews gemeinsam mit dem Team,
  • Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler*innen, Data Engineers, Architekt*innen und Spezialist*innen,
  • Du verstehst Dich als Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen den Entwicklern*innen und Stakeholdern


Meine Kompetenzen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurswissenschaften, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Complex Systems, Elektrotechnik, Physik,
  • Du hast ENTWEDER bereits Erfahrung als Product Owner ODER Erfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft, idealerweise bei einem Netzbetreiber gesammelt,
  • Hands-On Erfahrung mit „Data Wrangling“, idealerweise mit Daten aus der Energiewirtschaft,
  • Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen und ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigeninitiative,
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Überzeugungskraft, Teamfähigkeit und eine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz,
  • Sprachen: Deutsch verhandlungssicher (C1) und Englisch (B2).


Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

  • Idealerweise: Schulungen / Zertfikate zu SCRUM und/oder SAFe,
  • Idealerweise technisches Verständnis zu gängigen Python Frameworks, Datenbanken, Apache Kafka, Kubernetes, Git, etc.,
  • Idealerweise erste Kenntnisse über Netzmodelle und CIM (Common Information Model) und CGMES.
