Central Academic Affairs Manager (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
  • Koordination und Organisation der Prüfungsprozesse in Abstimmung mit den Fakultäten
  • Formale Qualitätssicherung von Prüfungen
  • Koordination und Organisation der Erstellung von Lehrmaterial (u.a. Skripte) in Abstimmung mit den Fakultäten
  • Organisation der Lehrveranstaltungskoordination
  • Unterstützung von Programmakkreditierungen in Abstimmung mit den Fakultäten
  • Vorbereitung und Protokollierung von fakultätsbezogenen Gremiensitzungen für die Studiendekane

Profil
  • Organisationsstärke und Teamorientierung
  • Erfahrungen im Bildungsbereich (Hochschule, Akademie, Zertifikatsprogramme) wünschenswert
  • Absolut routinierter Umgang mit Excel, Powerpoint und Word
  • Gründliche, gewissenhafte und systematische Arbeitsweise
  • Netzwerkkompetenz
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit
