Business Data Analyst (w|m|d)
Aufgaben
- Arbeite eng mit den Fachbereichen zusammen, um deren Datenanforderungen zu verstehen und zu definieren
- Transformiere die Anforderungen der Fachbereiche in technische Lösungen und stelle sicher, dass diese umsetzbar sind
- Stimme dich mit dem Data Engineering-Team der IT ab, um die Dateninfrastruktur des Unternehmens mitzugestalten, und sicherzustellen, dass sie den Analyseanforderungen entspricht
- Entwickle Datenmodelle, die es den Teams ermöglichen, Daten eigenständig in Self-Service-Berichten zu analysieren und stelle zudem Ad-hoc-Berichte bereit
- Erstelle Berichte und Dashboards, die wichtige Einblicke liefern und die Entscheidungsfindung unterstützen
- In Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Stakeholdern entwickelst du Kennzahlen, um den Fortschritt und den Erfolg unserer Aktivitäten zu messen
- Du arbeitest aktiv an der Gestaltung einer KI-Strategie mit und ermittelst Möglichkeiten, wie Künstliche Intelligenz in einem Energieversorgungsunternehmen sinnvoll eingesetzt werden kann
Profil
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in SQL, Reporting-Tools (am besten SAC), Microsoft Excel und Python
- Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung im Energiesektor und bist vertraut mit Data Lakes, Databricks von Microsoft Azure, Cloud-Technologien, R, SAP IS-U und BW oder anderen Datenbanken
- Zusätzlich bringst du ausgeprägte analytischen Fähigkeiten sowie eine eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
