Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Länder-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsrecherchen

  • Erstellung eigenständiger Analysen

  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Dashboards mit Power BI (oder ähnlichen Tools) zur Kommunikation datengetriebener Market Intelligence innerhalb der ZEISS Gruppe

  • Mitarbeit bei der Aufbereitung vorstandsrelevanter Informationen im Bereich Makroökonomik und Geopolitik

  • Unterstützung bei Unternehmensprojekten zu strategischen Zielen und der langfristigen ZEISS Wachstumsstrategie

  • Identifizierung und Prüfung potenzieller Investitionsziele im Rahmen des M&A-Prozesses


Profil

  • laufendes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eines naturwissenschaftlich-technischen Studiengangs mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Zusatzmodulen (MINT)

  • ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Umsetzungsstärke

  • hohes Maß an kreativem Potenzial und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig und zielorientiert arbeiten zu können

  • erste Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der unternehmensstrategischen Arbeit (z.B. Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, Portfoliomanagement, Innovationsmanagement, finanzielle Bewertungstechniken, Post Merger Integration)

  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, ein hervorragender Kommunikationsstil und ein sicheres Auftreten in einem geschäftlichen Umfeld

  • vorzugsweise erste Erfahrungen in der High-Tech-Industrie oder bei einer Top-Management-Beratung

  • vorzugsweise erste Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung von Dashboards mit Power BI
