Your Role
We are seeking a passionate and talented student who wants to help shape a department that works on developing next-generation product for ZEISS. Integrated in a team of scientists and research engineers, you will work directly with the head of the department to establish and maintain leadership and management methods. Your tasks will involve researching and evaluating leadership methods, developing and managing processes for the department, preparing presentations and documents, and planning events such as workshops.

Your Profile- You’re enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field such as psychology, economics, management or similar- You are interested in shaping the way of working for a research department- You are able to understand, summarize and present scientific publications from different fields such as organizational psychology or economics- You have a talent for structuring and presenting complex information- You have a keen eye for creating appealing presentations and documents- Ideally, you want to continue as a Working Student for at least a year- You can work with us onsite in Oberkochen for a couple of days per week- Good communication skills in English and German- You are willing to learn and explore with a high degree of initiative and creativity
