Sales Assistant / Vertriebsassistenten (w/m/d)
Aufgaben
- Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung des Key Account Teams
- Erstellen und Erfassen von Angeboten, Bestellungen und Rechnungen im CRM- und ERP-System
- Generierung von Forecasts und Budgetkalkulationen sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Plausibilitätsprüfungen
- Bearbeitung der telefonischen und schriftlichen Anfragen von Kunden und Lieferanten
- Aufarbeiten von wertvollen Kundeninformationen und Recherchen für die (Key) Account Manager
- Koordination, Vorbereitung und Dokumentation von Kundenbesuchen
- Pflege und Ausbau nationaler und internationaler Kunden- und Lieferantenbeziehungen
- Durchführung von Portalregistrierungen und Pflege der Einkaufsplattformen von Kunden
- Erstellung von individuellen Angeboten und Präsentationen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Key Account Management zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien
Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis und hohe Kundenorientierung
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Teamarbeit
- Zuverlässigkeit und gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Sicheres, kompetentes und selbstbewusstes Auftreten
