SEO and Performance Manager (m/w/d)
Aufgaben
- Als SEO und Performance Manager bist Du verantwortlich für die Planung, Umsetzung und Analyse der globalen Online-Marketing-Projekte für die Busch Group.
- Du erstellst und gestaltest globale und lokale Kampagnen zur Bewerbung der Produkte und definierst die relevanten KPIs.
- Um weitere Leads zu generieren, leitest Du Maßnahmen zur Conversion-Optimierung ab und setzt diese mit dem Team um.
- Budgets verwalten, ROI optimieren und Performance messen gehören zu Deinen Spezialitäten.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den internationalen Marketing-Kollegen der Länder zusammen und erstellst Investitionsempfehlungen für lokale Online-Kampagnen.
- Du entwickelst Landingpages für SEO/SEA und optimierst die CR mithilfe von A/B-Tests, Datenanalyse und UX-Tests.
- In Deiner Rolle bist Du abteilungsübergreifend gut vernetzt und arbeitest Hand in Hand mit den internationalen Kollegen aus Digital Marketing, Content Management, CRM, Social Media, SEO, SEA und E-Mail-Marketing zusammen.
Profil
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Online-Marketing, Performance-Marketing, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du hast bereits 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Online Marketing, SEO oder Performance Marketing gesammelt.
- Analytisches, strukturiertes Denken und ein Gespür für Zusammenhänge von Marketing KPIs sind für Dich Daily Business.
- Du überzeugst mit Deinem Expertenwissen im Umgang verschiedener Plattformen und Performance-Tools wie Google Ads Editor, LinkedIn Ads und Google Analytics 4.
- Du bist vertraut mit den gängigen Kampagnen (z.B. Leadgenerierung, Display, Paid Search Ads etc.).
- Du bist erfahren in der einfachen Vermittlung komplexer Sachverhalte und sprichst sehr gutes Englisch.
