In unserem dynamischen Team in Bremen suchen wir einen Quality Team Lead (m/w/d/x), der die Qualität unserer Produkte und Prozesse auf ein neues Niveau hebt. Als ‚local Champion‘ übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Einführung einer neuen Zertifizierung und führen gleichzeitig ein Team von zwei engagierten Mitgliedern. Qualitiy Manager (m/w/d)
Aufgaben
Qualitätsmanagement
- Sicherstellung, Aufrechterhaltung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Qualitäts-, Umwelt- und Energiemanagementsystems in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Prozessverantwortlichen.
- Verantwortlichkeit für das Qualitätsmanagementsystem (QMS) gemäß ISO 9001, das als integriertes Managementsystem (IMS) geführt wird.
- Koordination der relevanten Prozesse, Aktivitäten und Maßnahmen innerhalb der Gruppe unter Berücksichtigung der unternehmensweiten Zertifizierungsstrategie.
- Einführung neuer Zertifizierungen wie EN 9100.
- Leitung der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung interner und externer Audits.
- Unterstützung bei Kundenaudits und -anfragen.
Qualitätssicherung und -verbesserung
- Beratung, Coaching und regelmäßige Schulungen der Mitarbeitenden in allen Qualitätsfragen, einschließlich Methoden und Maßnahmen der Qualitätssicherung.
- Messung und Bewertung der Leistung im Qualitätsmanagement sowie Beitrag zur Managementberichterstattung und -bewertung.
- Etablieren und Aufrechterhalten der lokalen Qualitätskultur durch die Analyse von Beschwerdetrends und Maßnahmenableitung.
- Gewährleistung der ordnungsgemäßen Nutzung des CAPA-Systems und Fortschritte bei der Bearbeitung von CAPAs.
- Unterstützung des Kontinuierlichen-Verbesserungsprozesses (KVP).
Teamführung
- Leitung des kleinen deutschen QM-Teams, bestehend aus einem Quality Engineer und einem Quality Operator.
- Koordination der Aufgaben innerhalb des Teams.
Lokaler Fokus in Bremen
- Kompetenzcenter und Produktion von 3D-Metall-Druck.
- Du übernimmst lokale Verantwortung für Gesundheit und Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz mit enger Verbindung zum Produktionsteam und übergreifendem Blick über alle lokalen Unternehmensbereiche.
Profil
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen.
- Erste Erfahrung in der Personalführung ist wünschenswert.
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen kombiniert mit einer pragmatischen Hands-on-Mentalität.
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und systematische Arbeitsweise.
- Unternehmerisches Denken und eigenverantwortliches Handeln, auch über den eigenen Arbeitsbereich hinaus.
- Fähigkeit, den Überblick zu behalten und eigenständig eine effektive Struktur zu schaffen.
