Dabei stehen wir sowohl für hohe Reichweiten in Premiumzielgruppen als auch für Special-Interest-Zielgruppen.

Wir suchen für unser Programmatic-Team baldmöglichst eine:n Programmatic Specialist (gn).


Aufgaben
  • Du treibst unsere Partnerschaften mit Agenturen, Programmatic Trading Desks, DSPs sowie weiteren programmatischen Einkäufer:innen aktiv voran, überwachst die programmatischen Umsätze deiner Partner und deckst neue Potentiale auf
  • Du förderst und lenkst die Marktbearbeitung unserer nationalen und internationalen Salesteams durch fachlichem Input und hebst selbstständig Umsatzpotentiale
  • Du verantwortest Setup, Monitoring und Optimierung programmatischer Deals
  • Du sorgst in Workshops und Webinaren für einen stetigen Transfer von Programmatic-Wissen innerhalb des Unternehmens
  • In Querschnittsteams mit Kolleg:innen aus den Bereichen Sales, Campaign Management, Product, Data und Technology entwickelst du unser Programmtic-Angebot entsprechend aktueller Marktbedürfnisse weiter

Profil
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Ausrichtung Marketing/Medien, ein Studium verwandter Disziplinen oder eine adäquate Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing erfolgreich absolviert
  • Du verfügst bereits über Erfahrung im Online-Marketing auf Agentur-, Dienstleister- oder Vermarkterseite, hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich Programmatic Advertising gesammelt und beherrschst den Umgang mit entsprechenden Systemen
  • Du denkst analytisch und bist sicher im Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint. Erfahrungen mit Business-Intelligence-Tools wie z. B. Microsoft PowerBI sind von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässigkeit und kommunikative Stärke kombinierst du mit einem souveränen und sympathischen Auftreten
  • Du bringst die Bereitschaft mit, in einem innovativen, hochdynamischen Umfeld Projekte und Aufgaben zu übernehmen
  • Deine Englischkenntnisse sind sicher in Wort und Schrift
