As a Campaign Specialist, you'll support the Account Management Team in executing client campaigns. We're looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Note: GumGum fosters a flexible work environment, offering GumGummers the ability to work either in-office or remotely/from home. However, for occasional in-person collaboration, we kindly ask that this position be located within a 'commutable' distance to our office.

What You'll Achieve

  • Provide screenshots to clients for new campaigns.
  • Create keyword lists and build demo pages.
  • Update and organize Salesforce (Customer Relationship System)
  • Programmatic Production Fees Setup in Ad Manager system
  • Enhance visual appeal with formatting excel, PPT, etc.
  • Help Account Managers with setting up and monitoring campaigns
  • Help with additional tasks that specific campaigns may require
  • Building reports in excel

Skills You'll Bring

  • Current Student or recent graduate
  • Work or intern experience in digital advertising a plus, but not required
  • Mac and Google proficient
  • Salesforce/CRM proficiency a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Eye for detail
  • Good understanding of numbers
  • A 'can-do' attitude
  • Attention to detail, effective communication skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Client focused mindset
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and G-suite skills (Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint) 
  • Good understanding of the industry and the digital landscape
  • Hungry, self-starter eager to learn and a desire pursue a career in the digital space
  • Good written German skills - desired
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent work experience
  • Highly motivated
  • Personable with the ability to build internal relationships with ease
  • Shows Agility and Grit to adapt to the changing needs of the business
