Dein Fokus liegt in der Evaluierung, Validierung, Konzeption, Testbedarf und Inbetriebnahme von Outputmanagement-relevanten Anforderungen für Formulare und Kanäle. Du hast ein Verständnis von Datenströmen, deren Formaten und Strukturen, Verarbeitungslogiken, Variantenausprägung und Performance via Mulesoft/Inspire. Unsere Layoutanforderungen setzt du unter Einhaltung von Typographie und Farbanforderungen, in E-Mail- und Printoutput um.

Zudem erwarten dich die folgenden Aufgaben:

  • Anforderungsaufnahme an neue Formulare oder Erweiterung bestehender Formulare, inklusive Monitoring und Reporting

  • Konzeption von Formularworkflows in enger Abstimmung mit Entwicklern, Testern und Fachbereichen

  • Planung und Begleitung der Anforderung über alle Entwicklungspfade

  • Sicherstellung des Service Enabling mit CCM Operations für neue Formulare

Bist du unser Playmaker?

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich WIWI, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Medientechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder langjährige Erfahrung im Fulfillment-Umfeld

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Outputmanagement, Formularentwicklung, Formularsupport, Druck, E-Mail und Bounceprozess

  • Verständnis für kanalspezifische Layout-, Typographie- Ausprägungen für die Druckaufbereitung

  • Erfahrung in gängiger Customer Communication Software, idealerweise Quadient Inspire Designer

  • Erfahrung im Lesen und Verstehen von Sourcecode

  • Vertraut mit agilem Arbeiten und entsprechenden Tools (Scrum, Jira/Confluence)

  • Exzellentes analytisches Verständnis und einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
