Unser Bereich ist verantwortlich für das automatisierte Abrechnungsverfahren mehrerer BMW-Gesellschaften u.a. der BMW AG, sowie für das Onboarding auf die zentrale eInvoicing Plattform der BMW Group.

Was erwartet Sie?

  • Sie verantworten die digitale Belegsteuerung, sowohl innerhalb der BMW Group als auch in Richtung Kunden und Lieferanten.
  • Sie klären fachliche Fragen zum Thema eInvoicing und zum automatisierten Abrechnungsverfahren für und mit Lieferanten, Kunden und internen BMW-Stellen.
  • Die Erstellung von Analysen und Statistiken gehört zu Ihren regelmäßigen Aufgaben.
  • Sie unterstützen im Rahmen der Steuerung des automatisierten Abrechnungsverfahrens bei der Koordination, Analyse und Bearbeitung aller erforderlichen Prozessabläufe, sowie über die gesamte Lieferantenkommunikation.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit der Steuerabteilung zur Klärung steuerrechtlicher Fragestellungen zusammen.
  • Die Annahme und Weitergabe von Anfragen durch Lieferanten und Kunden runden Ihr spannendes Aufgabenspektrum ab.

Profil

Was bringen Sie mit?

  • Bachelorabschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich eInvoicing oder Gutschriftsverfahren.
  • Gutes analytisches und logisches Denkvermögen.
  • Gute Anwendungskenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
