Director of Finance
They are actively searching for a Director of Finance to oversee all aspects of the finance and accounting department.
Manage and direct Accounting and Finance staff including annual performance evaluations.
Manage annual audit process and liaison with outside audit firm.
Manage the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing/billing, customer credits and collections, perpetual inventory integrity, fixed asset records, general accounting, cost and project accounting, etc.
Provide financial analysis tools to evaluate company ventures or special projects, programs, capital expenditures, product costing, etc. Manage commercial banking relationships.
Maintain financial records in support of the government contracting environment, and ensure compliance with CAS, FAR, and DCAA regulations.
Responsible for Incurred Cost Submissions and year end audit preparation.
Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management informational analyses, reports, and recommendations.
Bachelor Degree (B.A.) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) license is preferred but not required.
Experience in manufacturing accounting process.
Working experience in Inventory control and accounting in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting.
Experience in systems implementation (Deltek Costpoint) and IT Management.
