Aufgaben
- Projektmanagement im Rahmen der Beschaffung aller Bedarfe innerhalb von Großprojekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Gesamt- und Teilprojektverantwortlichen
- Erster Ansprechpartner bei Abstimmungsbedarfen für technische Fachbereiche und Einkaufsfunktionen sowie Eskalationsinstanz in Großprojekten
- Sicherstellung und Koordination der Kommunikationsschnittstelle bei Großprojekten zwischen den technischen Bedarfsträgern, relevanten Einkaufsfunktionen, insbes. Strategischer Einkauf, Operativer Einkauf, Contract & Claim Management
- Bündelung mittel- und langfristiger Projektbedarfe verschiedenster Gewerke
- Erstellung eines Projektterminplans aus Sicht des Einkaufs und laufende Synchronisation mit dem Gesamtprojektplan des Großprojektes
- Verantwortliche Steuerung von Ausschreibungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Warengruppeneinkäufern der Gewerke
- Validierung der geplanten Budgets gemeinsam mit dem Projektcontrolling, Asset Management und den projektverantwortlichen Ressorts
- Unterstützung bei der Nachverfolgung und Überwachung von Budgets und Meilensteinen und Kommunikation an die relevanten Einkäufer und Einkäuferinnen
- Risikomanagement der Beschaffungsaktivitäten
- Erstellung von Reportings und Präsentationen für die Einkaufsleitung und das Top Management
- Unterstützung und Kommunikationsschnittstelle bei der Übergabe der verhandelten Verträge an den Bereich Contract & Claim Management sowie bei etwaigen Anpassungen bzw. Nachträgen im Laufe des Projektes
WAS WIR ERWARTEN:
- ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
- Fähigkeit sich in komplexe Sachverhalte und technische Themen in folgenden Bereichen einzuarbeiten (Übertragungsnetzte, Transformatoren, Konverter, Kabeltiefbau, Umspannanlagen, Leitungsbau, Stahlbau, Planungsdienstleistungen)
- ausgeprägte Kenntnisse von Einkaufsprozessen, idealerweise in der Energiewirtschaft
- Erfahrungen im Multiprojektmanagement wünschenswert
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
- sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel und Power Point) sowie SAP-Kenntnisse (Modul MM)
- Reisebereitschaft
- verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
