To accomplish our mission, we are looking for a Media Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin or Düsseldorf. In this role you will be responsible for the meticulous optimisations of our 8-digit brand media budget with a strong focus on TV advertising down to the last detail. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the TV media landscape and an expert understanding of TV to web tracking. Aufgaben
- Determine the most effective media channels for reaching target audiences, encompassing both traditional and digital platforms.
- Optimize the media mix based on campaign objectives, budget constraints, and performance metrics.
- Analyse and optimise monthly TV plan.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the media landscape.
- Identify key audience segments and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular and insightful reports on the effectiveness of media plans.
- Recommend strategic optimizations based on performance metrics and market insights.
Profil
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of the TV media landscape and 2+ years proven experience in TV performance optimisation.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with media planning and analytics tools, especially TV-to-web tracking.
- Business fluency in both German and English
