Internal job title: HRBP Agile Manager

This position is a planned as a two years maternity cover. You will be located in Marburg and report directly into the HRBP Agile Squat Lead in Switzerland. Our HR team in Marburg is organized in a modern open space environment, so you will sit side by side with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Payroll.

The Opportunity

  • You support and execute people processes, programs, and initiatives within the designed client group.
  • You lead all employee relations matters, including providing advice and counsel to managers concerning employee performance, policy adherence, harassment, compliance violations, grievances, conflicts, and union/works council matters.
  • You manage escalations received from the HR Operations Centers and special projects as assigned.
  • Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee related issues, communicate, and collaborate closely with the respective HR Business Partner throughout the process.
  • Assist in the execution of the derived strategy formed by HRBP(s) for your assigned client group.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resource management, organizational psychology, business, or related field required.
  • 5+ years' experience as a HR Generalist or Employee Relations Manager, or equivalent relevant experience working in a dynamic global organization.
  • Experience managing investigations and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of HR processes gained in a dynamic organization.
