Jr. Commercial Project Manager (w/m/d)
Aufgaben
Als Junior Commercial Project Manager sind Sie Teil des kaufmännischen Abwicklungsteams in unseren Projekten. Sie unterstützen das Projekt in wirtschaftlicher Sicht und sind in dieser Rolle ein Ansprechpartner und Repräsentant des Projektes nach innen und gegenüber externen Partnern in kaufmännischen und vertraglichen Themen.
Dies beinhaltet im Wesentlichen:
- Überwachung von Projektumfängen aus kommerzieller und vertraglicher Sicht
- Unterstützung des Vertragsmanagements, Finanzmanagements, Projektkostencontrollings, Risiko- und Claims Managements
- Führung und Koordination der vertragskonformen Kommunikation zu allen Vertragspartnern im Rahmen Ihres Projektumfangs
- Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Abwicklung und Umsetzung der kaufmännischen Vertragsinhalte
- Beibehaltung des Projektüberblicks & Sicherung des kommerziellen Projekterfolgs
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung eines monatlichen Projekt-Reportings
- Koordination von Konsortialverträgen und kommerzielle Führung von Konsorten einschließlich Zahlungsfreigabe, Änderungsmanagement, Claims Management
Profil
Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Wichtig sind uns ferner:
- Interesse an kaufmännischen/vertraglichen Themen und Affinität zu Zahlen
- Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
- Belastbarkeit & Flexibilität
- Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Kenntnisse einer weiteren Fremdsprache vorteilhaft)
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen und Arbeiten in internationalen Teams
- Praktika oder erste Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Arbeits- und Branchenumfeld wünschenswert
