Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Hamburg, suchen wir einen Insights Transformation Specialist / Business Analyst (m/w/d) in Vollzeit & unbefristet.


Aufgaben
  • Übersetzung und technische Umsetzung der Anforderungen des DACH-Clusters im Bereich des fortschrittlichen Analyse-Performance-Trackings
  • Verständnis und Priorisierung der Bedürfnisse der Marktabteilungen basierend auf ihrer Auswirkung auf das Geschäft
  • Teilnahme an der technischen Implementierung und eigenständige Anpassungen
  • Tiefgreifendes Verständnis des Tabakmarktes und seiner Vertriebskanäle und deren individuelle Anforderungen
  • Identifizierung und Messbarkeit von unterschiedlichen Anforderungen innerhalb des Arbeitsbereichs mithilfe von Daten und Fakten
  • Technische Unterstützung bei fachlichen Anforderungen und teilweise eigenständige Implementierung
  • Definition neuer Prozesse zur Sicherstellung einer automatischen und validen Datenbasis
  • Mitwirkung bei der Priorisierung und technischen Umsetzung neuer Datentransformationsprozesse

Profil
  • Hochschulabschluss mit wirtschaftlichem oder technischem Schwerpunkt
  • 1+ jährige Berufserfahrung in einem FMCG-Unternehmen sowie in den verschiedenen Vertriebskanälen und den jeweiligen Besonderheiten (Route-to-Market)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Erstellung von spezifischen Analysen für die jeweiligen Vertriebskanäle
  • Fähigkeit zur Konsolidierung und Priorisierung von Marktanforderungen
  • Fähigkeit, geschäftliche Anforderungen in technische Anforderungen zu übersetzen
  • Kenntnisse oder Bereitschaft, sich in die technische Umsetzung einzuarbeiten (z.B. in die Datenbanksprachen SQL, DAX)
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch und Englisch)
  • Idealerweise:
    • Professionelle Führung in internationalen Projekten zur marktübergreifenden Umgestaltung des Berichtswesens
    • Sehr hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
    • Problemlösungsmentalität
