Team Lead

Securing the future.In this role as Team Lead (m/f/d), you will be in charge of the Compounding & Filling Line 4division, a central part of our sterile production.You will have overall responsibility for the safe, high-quality and compliant manufacture of our products and actively shape a working environment based on trust, stability and personal responsibility.Success in this role means achieving results while consciously shaping the way they are achieved- through clarity, collaboration and a culture that encourages continuous learning.The Opportunity You will be responsible for production on Line 4 and build a stable, future-oriented organization. Line 4 includes the compounding and filling and sterile and non sterile products. You will create structures and processes that ensure safety, quality and compliance - and form the basis for sustainable results. You will promote a working environment in which issues are addressed openly, challengesare made visible and solutions are consistently implemented. You will accompany your team in taking on responsibility, trying out new things and developing professionally and personally. You will help to strengthen our company as a trusted source of supplyin the global production network. Key Skills & Experience Completed studies or equivalent training in the natural sciences or technical field. Several years of experience in pharmaceuticalproduction, ideally in a sterile environment. Sound knowledge of GMPand EHS. Proven experience in working with diverse teamsand developing employees. Ability to make risk-based decisionsand take responsibility for results. Structured, independent way of working, coupled with clear communication and high implementation strength. Experience with Lean, MPS or TPS methodsis an advantage. An understanding of the formal requirements for taking over the production management according to AMWHV is an advantage. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Culture You will shape the cooperation on Line 4 with the aim of anchoring trust, stability and personal responsibility in your daily work. You will be regularly present on the shop floor, promote transparency and ensure that quality, safety and compliance are lived as a matter of course. You will strengthen your team in making informed decisions, taking responsibility and learning from each other. You will actively contribute to the further development of a work culture based on openness, collaboration and sustainable improvement. Manufacturing Excellence You will be responsible for the operational and legal responsibility for the GMP and EHS-compliant operation of your line. You will act in the function of manufacturing manager in accordance with AMWHVand ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will review and approve GMP and EHS documentation and will ensure that your department delivers on time, safely and in the agreed quality ("on time / in full / right quality"). Continuous Improvement & Future Readiness You will identify instabilities, address their causes in a targeted manner and establish standards that prevent recurrence . You will work closely with Quality, Technology, Planning and Supply to make processes resilient and efficient. You will use Lean, MPS or TPS principles to optimize processes and use resources effectively and w ill continuously develop your area - with a view to cultural maturity, process reliability and future viability.
