In dieser Schlüsselrolle sind Sie maßgeblich dafür verantwortlich, attraktive und faire Vergütungsmodelle mitzugestalten und umzusetzen, die sowohl die Unternehmensziele unterstützen als auch die Bedürfnisse der Mitarbeiter berücksichtigen. Ihre Aufgaben:

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Führungsteam zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Belohnungsstrategie
Analyse und Gestaltung bestehender Vergütungsprogramme und Entwicklung passender Alternativen
Kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Verbesserung der Jobarchitektur zur Sicherstellung interner Lohngerechtigkeit und externer Wettbewerbsfähigkeit
Leitung des jährlichen Gehaltsüberprüfungsprozesses und Überprüfung der Gehaltsspannen
Vorbereitung von Benchmarks, Prognosen und Budgetplanungen zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen
Beitrag zu langfristigen Anreizprogrammen und Benefits zur Maximierung strategischer Personalentscheidungen
Ansprechpartner in allen Angelegenheiten rund um Vergütung und Benefits

Voraussetzungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Personal oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich, insbesondere im Compensation & Benefits, gerne im nationalen und internationalen Kontext
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung aus einer Beratung
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten in der Verarbeitung und Auswertung von Daten
  • Offene Kommunikation in Verbindung mit Zahlenaffinität und Proaktivität
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
