Als Customer Service Consultant (m/w/d) bist du ein entscheidender Teil unseres Teams. Folgende spannende Aufgaben erwarten dich:
- Primärer Ansprechpartner:in nach der Implementierung: Du bist der/die Hauptansprechpartner:in für Unternehmenskunden in der DACH-Region nach der Implementierung unserer Software. Deine Aufgabe ist es, sicherzustellen, dass die Kund:innen erfolgreich starten und die Software effektiv nutzen.
- Kund:innen auf neue Funktionen vorbereiten: Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Produktadoption und -nutzung sowie die Vorbereitung der Kund:innen darauf, neue Funktionen und Veröffentlichungen zu nutzen.
- Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen: Im Zuge dessen identifizierst du Möglichkeiten, wie unsere Kund:innen von Produktinnovationen profitieren können.
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams: Du koordinierst wichtige Aktivitäten mit anderen internen Abteilungen, einschließlich des nachgelagerten Support, sowie Produktmanagement und der Softwareentwicklung, um messbare Ergebnisse zu erzielen und zu verwirklichen.
- Gesundheitschecks durchführen: Um Risiken zu erkennen und zu minimieren, sammelst du kontinuierlich Kundenfeedback und führst regelmäßige Gesundheitschecks durch.
- Identifikation von Erneuerungsrisiken: Du identifizierst Risiken für die Vertragsverlängerung und arbeitest mit internen Teams zusammen, um Maßnahmen zu ergreifen und eine erfolgreiche Verlängerung sicherzustellen.
- Du bringst 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Kundenservice eines SaaS-Unternehmens mit oder verfügst über eine kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, alternativ auch in Verbindung mit einem abgeschlossenen Studium.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Unterstützung von SaaS-Implementierung, -Adoption und/oder -Optimierung.
- Weitere Erfahrungen im Bereich Personalbeschaffung oder Talentmanagement sind ein Plus.
- Deutsch und Englisch sprichst du fließend - weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil.
- In der Vergangenheit konntest du bereits Erfolge in der Lösung von Kundenproblemen durch effektive Zeitverwaltung und klare Kommunikation erreichen.
- Des Weiteren sind Kompetenzen in Prozessoptimierung, Entscheidungsfindung, Prozessmanagement sowie bei der Planung und Analyse von Informationen von Bedeutung.
